Hi,

Second resurrection of this blog. I'm sure this one will stick, right?

Just got back from a whirlwind six-day holiday in Auckland. Congratulations to Mikael and Ada! It was a lovely wedding, you guys are great together. And happy birthday to my Mum; 60 years young!

I'm not feeling particularly prose-y, so I'll just list a few highlights in bullet point form.

• Stag party. Unexpected photos on my camera the next day. Karaoke stars were forged.
• Fish and chips.
• 3rd at pub quiz!
• Rain! I didn't realise that I miss the rain!
• Pie.
• Beach.

I'm back in ridiculously sunny California now, excited about getting back into work.

Will try to do something exciting in the next couple of weeks so I've got something to write about. Also will try to take photos - I was pretty bad over the last week.
